Meatballs compliments of username DUSTYBUMMER Meatballs compliments of username DUSTYBUMMERNumber of Servings: 10
Ingredients
-
4 Eggs
4 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Pepper, black
2 tsp Salt
32 oz Ground beef
2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
5 cups White Linen Marinara Sauce
85 grams irresistibles life smart 100% whole grain enriched spaghetti
Directions
From DUSTYBUMMER:
Mix eggs and seasonings. Add uncooked macaroni and meat. Mix well. Form into golf ball sized meatballs. Brown in skillet. Pour tomato sauce over browned meatballs. Cover pan and simmer 30 minutes or until macaroni is done.
I wanted this to go a little further so after draining the grease olive oil that I fried these in I dumped in the jar of Marinara Sauce and let it heat up on low heat.
While that took place I boiled up the box of whole grain spaghetti.
The result was the best plate of spaghetti and meatballs i've ever had. When I heated it up at work my coworkers were drawn to the lunchroom from their offices to see what the great smell was.
Enjoy
