Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or chuck
1 small onion
1 small bag frozen peas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 bag tater tots
1 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Very lightly brown the ground beef and the onions together. (will dry out if browned too long)
layer the beef and onion mixture into the bottom of a 8 or 9 inch casserole dish (approx 4-6" deep).
layer the bag of peas evenly over the beef. Spread the soup ovet the peas until coated evenly. Place the tater tots or rounds side by side until the top is covered and salt lightly.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
Makes about six 1 1/4 cup servings
*If doubling the recipe use 1 large sweet onion and bake an additional 30 minutes. Use a 9x13" baking dish.*
