Ingredients

1 large rutabaga
1/8 cup Walden Farms Calorie Free Pancake Syrup
1/2 TBSP. melted butter
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/8 t0 1/4 tsp pepper (either fine ground or I like to use cracked)
Directions
peel and cube one large rutabaga into 1/2 inch cubes
Spray cookie sheet with Pam
Combine syrup and melted butter in large bowl, add rutabaga cubes, sea salt and pepper, toss well.
Spread onto sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven, 425 degrees, approximately 35 minutes, or until tender.
