Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz
    Kale, 2 cup, chopped finely
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves diced
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 8 tbsp
    Tomato Sauce, .5 cup
    Parsley, .33 cup diced
    Basil, 2 leaves diced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup pieces diced
    yellow, red or orange pepper. 1/4c. diced
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Chop all vegetables fairly finely so they blend together and hold. Add rest of ingredients, blend well, form into patties. Make sure you use a non-stick pan and non-stick spray so the cheese doesn't stick to the pan. Also, be sure to preheat the pan.
