Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. of lean sirloin steak strips
    1 large bell pepper (green, yellow, orange, or red)
    1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. Cayene Pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. GOYA Adoba seasoning
    1 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes
    1 cup brown rice

Directions

Brown the lean sirloin steak tips in a large saucepan. In a separate pan, saute the bell pepper, onion, extra virgin olive oil, and the garlic clove.
Add canned diced tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper to the sirloin steak tips. Stir in curry powder, cayene pepper, and GOYA Adoba seasoning. Simmer over low to medium heat for 20 mintues. Use this time to cook the brown rice according to package directions.
When the rice is finished cooking, add the rice to the canned diced tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, and sirloin steak tips. About 4 servings.
