3 Medium Red Potatoes, diced
14 oz. Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
3/4 cup Nonfat Milk
1/4 cup Yellow Onions, chopped
Garlic Powder, Black Pepper & Celery Seed, to taste
Directions
Peel potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces. Peel and chop onion into small pieces. In a medium-sized pot, combine the chicken broth, milk, potatoes, and onions. Over medium-high heat, bring the pot to a light boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes (until potatoes are tender). During cooking, add garlic powder, pepper, and celery seed to taste.
