Ingredients

    6 onions chopped
    2 peppers chopped
    2 carrots chopped
    1 bunch celery chopped
    100g mushrooms chopped
    2 tins chopped tomatoes
    1/2 head cabbage chopped
    6 litres stock

Directions

soften onions in oil
add other veg, tinned tomatoes and stock and simmer for about 2 hours.
