Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 small corn tortillas or 2 large
    8 oz Ground beef, extra lean
    1 Onions, diced
    3 Garlic clove, chopped
    1 small can diced Green Chili Peppers
    1 can refried beans
    Salsa, 3/4 cup
    pinch of salt Salt
    Cheddar Cheese, 4 oz, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat, onion, garlic, Drain. Remove from heat, stir in chiles, beans, salsa and salt. In 9-inch pie late, place tortillas, breaking them up to cover the bottom if using smaller ones. Top with 1/2 of beef mixture and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake 350 for until heated through. Can sprinkle with lettuce, olives and tomato (not accounted for)
