Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Kraft light mayonnaise
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 dash salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 cup additional granulated sugar, for top of cookies

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350* F. .
2. In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking soda, and, salt.
3. Add vanilla, and, mayonnaise. Mix until well blended.
4. Shape into walnut -sized balls. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Mash with fork to flatten, approximately 1/4" thickness.
6. Sprinkle top of cookies with additional sugar. Bake at 350* F. for 12 minutes.
Yields 18 cookies.
