Introduction

Ingredients

1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1 clove Garlic-minced
1-1/4 oz Broccoli- chopped
58g or about 4 medium White mushrooms- chopped
8 oz. Lean Ground Turkey
1 XL egg
1 tbsp. Chicken Bouillon
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
spices to add to meat mixture...i used a pinch of the following:
-curry powder
-turmeric
-white and black pepper
-oregano
-ginger powder
-chili powder
-basil
Enough water to cook mini-meatballs in.
Directions
Do Prep Before Cooking:
wash and chop both broccoli and mushrooms
dice garlic
In a small bowl combine Ground Turkey, Egg, Spices and combine
In Medium Saucepan melt Butter then add garlic. Cook for less than a minute, stirring, then add the mushrooms. Let them cook down then add the broccoli bits.
Before beginning, put water to boil. Add this boiling water to the sauteed veggies. Bring to boil again and add the bouillon.
With a small spoon, scoop the turkey mixture and form approximate balls, then drop into boiling soup mixture. Once they are all in, let cook for about 10 min, then add the Heavy Cream. Taste and season more to liking.
Makes two servings.....Enjoy!!!
