Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Meatballs:

    2lb Ground Beef
    Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder (sprinkle over top)
    2 Eggs
    1 cup Bread Crumbs
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Sweet Basil
    1/2 cup Splenda

    Sauce:

    1 medium can Tomato Paste
    2 medium cans Tomato Sauce
    2 paste cans Water
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Cinammon (adjust to make spicy)
    1 1/2 tsp Pepper (adjust to make spicy)
    1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 cup Splenda

Directions

Combine Meatball ingredients and roll into softball size meatballs. Broil until cooked.

Combine Sauce ingredients in Sauce Pan. Once meatballs are cooked place in pan and simmer for about 1/2 hour.
