Introduction

1 (16 ounce) package dry lentils (2cups)
2 (14.5 ounce) can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with liquid
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
1 carrot, chopped
1 pounds kielbasa (Polish) sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 (16 ounce) package dry lentils (2cups)
2 (14.5 ounce) can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with liquid
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
1 carrot, chopped
1 pounds kielbasa (Polish) sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 stalk celery, chopped

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Rinse and drain lentils, but do not soak.
    *In a slow cooker, stir together the lentils, tomatoes, broth, carrot and celery.
    *Cover, and cook on High for 3 hours, or Low for 6 to 7 hours.
    *Stir well before serving.
    *Saute sausage in a pan quickly then add to lentils in the bowl as you serve it.
