Ingredients

    3 Thick Boneless Pork Chops (chopped)
    1 Red Onion (chopped)
    1 bag Schwan's Mediterranean Veg Blend
    1 Cup (dry) Whole Grain Rice
    Half Jar Kikkomans Stir-Fry Sauce

Directions

While cooking the meat and veg cook your rice in a seperate pan.

Cook meat and onion in non-stick pan for about 10 mins until pork is browned. Add veg blend and cook until warmed through.

Now add sauce and simmer for about 10 mins. Add your cooked rice and mix in well.

Serves 4-5
