Ingredients

    White Rice, short grain, 2 cup net (1cup dry)
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, chopped 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (10 oz)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Sherry, dry, 2 fl. oz
    Shrimp, raw de-veined and shelled, 16 oz
    Pistachios Wonderful Shelled 1/4 cup=1serving, 0.25 cup
    Water if needed

Directions

Cook rice per package instructions separately.

Melt butter in fry pan, add garlic, and cook vegetables in the butter and garlic sauce over medium heat in the order of cooking done-ness time you prefer like:
onions,
mushrooms
green peppers
broccoli
adding water ONLY if needed to keep it moist.
When Rice is 10 minutes away from done, move all veggies to the outside of the fry pan, add the Sherry, and the shrimp, making sure all shrimp are in contact with the pan. Turn up the heat, and when shrimp turn pink and white, flip them over, add pistachios on top. After a minute, stir all contents together Add water only if needed to keep moist.

Serve over cooked rice. Enjoy!
