Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 lbs or 24 oz of ground meat

    7 medium potatoes boiled & mashed or 5 servings of my skinny mashed potatoes

    1 package of onion soup mix

    1 package of brown gravy mix

    1/2 bag of frozen corn (preferrably) or 1 can of golden yellow corn

    1 cup fat free chicken broth

    seasonings: 1 whole clove of garlic, minced, seasoned salt, onion/garlic powder, dash of cayenne pepper & paprika (all optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Peel and cube potatoes, rinse.... boil until tender.... remove from heat and drain.......mash adding minced garlic and 1/2 cup of chicken broth, mix well and set aside

Brown ground meat until done.....add soup mix w/1/4 cup of the chicken broth mix well....next add packaged gravy mix w/ 1/4 of chicken broth-also mix well......last add 1/4 cup of corn to mixture........mix well, turn off heat and set aside

*NOTE* YOU WILL NEED AT LEAST A 3 QUART DEEP DISH ROASTING PAN

Layer the ground beef meat mixture on bottom................next spread remainder of corn to completely cover top of ground beef mixture (you might want to use more or less your choice) last spoon mashed potatoe mixture on top, spreading and evening out until you used all of the potatoes sprinkle a dash of cayenne pepper on top, next seasoned salt and last cover entire top of potatoe mixture with paprika.........

Place in oven and baked for 30 minutes until golden brown or bubbling on sides of pie.

Remove from oven and cool at least 10 minutes and divided into squares or spoon as you like


This one-pot meal serves 10 to 12 people
