Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Soy Flour, .5 cup, stirred (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2.25 cup (remove)
    Semolina, enriched, .5 cup (remove)
    Oatmeal, quick cooking, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 0.5 cup (1 serving) (remove)
    Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Non-fat dry milk powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Sugar, 2tbsp.
    *Sesame Seeds, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, .66 Tbspn (remove)
    Water, tap, 1.75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Put ingredients in bread machine in order determined by manufacturer. Take out dough, form into whatever shape you like. Cover with saran wrap and let sit for an additional hour. Preheat oven to 375, take off wrap, and bake until golden brown. Loaves usually take around 30 or 35 mins. I make 2 loaves, or 1 loaf and a bunch of rolls. This bread will be dense when it is done, so cut it thinly for best results. I usually cut it to melba toast like thickness.
