A healthy smoothie even teenagers love! A healthy smoothie even teenagers love!

    tofu, firm 3 oz (394 grams)
    1 can of canned pineapple in own juice, chilled
    1 large banana
    3 oz. orange juice
    ice, optional


Place all ingredients into blender. Whip on high for 35 seconds. You may add ice for a chillier smoothie.
