    Long grain rice - 3 cups
    Garlic, minced - 5 cloves
    Ginger, minced - 5 slices of 1" pcs
    Sesame oil - 3 tbsp
    Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp
    Chicken stock, home prepared (from boiled chicken for chicken rice) - 2 cups
    Chicken stock cube/granules - 1 cube or 1 tbsp


Wash and soak uncooked rice in cold water for 15 mins, drain and set aside.
Saute minced garlic and ginger with sunflower oil until fragrant.
Add rice and sesame oil and stir until evenly coated.
Cook in rice cooker with chicken stock mixed with cube/granules.
Serves 6
