Introduction

A twist on my Banana-Oatmeal Smoothie - but with added protein!

Got my wisdom teeth out. This is a perfect smoothie to drink throughout the day when solid food is not an option. Good for nausea because of the ginger, low in acidity, high in protein, and it's delicious, too!
