Introduction
Homemade Yogurt Homemade YogurtNumber of Servings: 8
Ingredients

half gallon (8 cups) 1% milk
2/3 cup instant dry milk powder
1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt (with live yogurt cultures)
Directions
Heat milk to 180 degrees.
Add instant dry milk powder and mix well.
Cool to 115 degrees.
Add yogurt and stir thoroughly,
Pour into container/s and place in yogurt incubator.
Keep temperature at about 110 degree for 8 hours.
Remove from incubator and refrigerate.
DO NOT STIR until yogurt is chilled.
Drain yogurt (using Donvier Wave or a pan, colander and cheesecloth) for 4 hours.
Transfer yogurt to container and refrigerate.
Save whey for baking or dispose.
