Ingredients

    Crust
    1 cup hot water
    1 pkg yeast
    2 T Crisco shortening
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2. 1/2 cup flour

    Sauce
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
    2 tsp dried oregeno
    2 tsp dried rosemary
    (optional 1/2 tsp garlic powder)

    Colby/Jack shredded cheese 1 cup
    Mozzerella cheese 1 cup

    1/2 cup banana peppers

Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Mix hot water, sugar, salt, and shortening. Cool until not scalding and add yeast. Add whole wheat flour, and add flour 1/2 cup at a time until firm dough is formed.

Grease pizza pan and pat out dough.

Mix sauce ingrediants together and spread on pizza dough

Cover sauce with cheeses and peppers.

Bake for about 20 minutes.
