    1/4 cup Tomatos, chopped and seeded
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tsp EVOO
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp lime zest
    1 tbsp fresh lime juice
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/8-1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients in food processor. Makes one generous serving.
