    2 Tbsp Cilantro, snipped
    1 lb chicken breasts cooked and shredded
    1 can 98% FF Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 pkg WW Mexican Cheese
    1 cup Great Value Light Sour Cream
    1 4 oz can chopped green chilis, undrained
    1 1/8 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    12 Mama Lupe's Low Carb Tortillas


Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Snip Cilantro. combine cilantro, chicken, soup, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, sour cream, chilis, 1 tsp chili powder and cumin. Mix well. Spray 9" square baker with cooking spray. Fill Tortillas with mixture and arrange in pan with seam side of the tortilla down. Top with remaining mixture and rest of chili powder and cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Makes 6 servings

  • This was quick and easy to make. Perfect on a day where you just want to relax. I made mine without the sour cream and added a little more chili powder because I like this spicy. - 1/13/08
