Introduction

This dish requires a bit of time and preparation, but its brainless . An oldfashion way of making a super food dinner! Its sooo good. Oh, and this was really hard for me to put measurements together because I throw it all in there and eat it when its done! The consistency of this soup is up to you... the thicker the better for me! Add some stock if you want don't want it to be soo think.
This dish does really well for large parties or to throw in the freezer...I ate it for two weeks... haha

Ingredients

    sautee onions carrots and garlic in olive oil.
    add 1 can of chopped stewed tomatoes until its bubbling
    add i can of lite beer
    add 1 can of white wine
    heat until bubbly
    put in a crock pot
    add soaked dried beans... add salt for even cooking of beans.
    cook over nite.
    add barely in the morning. keep heat on low.
    before eating the next evening, repeat live oil, onions and garlic in pan, add grass fed ground beef... and beef and juices to pot. cook until beef is done.
    eat it!!!
    cook until meat in broken up well, ( i use a potato masher to speed this up)
    add to crock pot.
