Ingredients

    1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 cups Onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp Garlics, finely chopped
    3 tsp Ginger, finely chopped
    2 cups Diced Tomatoes (Blue Menu - 1 can)
    3 tbsp Chaat masala
    4 1/3 cups Chickpeas (about two cans of Blue Menu)


Directions

Heat olive oil in pan. Add onions, garlic and ginger, cook till tender.
Add diced tomatoes, Chaat Masala and chickpeas and let simmer/reduce.
