Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Butter (salted)
    5 Tbsp Apple sauce (unsweetened)
    3/4 C Sugar
    2 Egg Beaters
    1 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 1/2 Cup Oats
    2 Tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 Tsp salt
    1/2 Cup Milk (nonfat)
    2 Tsp Vanilla
    1/4 Tsp. Almond extract
    1/2 mini chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
    1 1/2 Cup Chopped Cranberries (Frozen)

    1tbsp sugar, assorted spices and left over chopped cranberries( roughly a tsp) The spices I used were cinnamon, nutmeg and a splash of ginger- to personal taste

    Mix all ingredients together, put in well greased muffin pan and add garnish on top. Bake at 375 for 30mins.
