Ingredients

4 pork chops
2 Tbl. olive oil
4 medium potatoes
2 14.5 oz. cans of french style green beans, drained
1 can of low fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Non stick cooking spray
Directions
Wash potatoes. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise with the skin left on then slice each half into thin slices. Parboil 5 minutes. Brown pork chops in olive oil. Add salt , pepper and paprika to each side of pork chop. Mix together the mushroom soup and sour cream in a bowl.
Drain cooked potatoes and layer in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan using the non stick cooking spray. Add drained green beans on top of potatoes. Layer pork chops and cover all with the soup mixture.
Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
