    1 stick butter, at room temperature, plus more for loaf pan
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pan
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 large very ripe bananas*
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup Splenda (or less to avoid aftertaste)
    2 mediums eggs
    1/4 Cup Apple Butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/10 cup chopped almonds


Pre-heat over to 350

* bananas can be substituted with/for sweet potato
Butter and flour a 9x5 inch pan
mix dry together
mash bananas or sweet potatoes leaving some texture
mix butter and sugar together till fluffy add eggs one at a time
stir nuts into dry mix
Add to pan and place pan on cookie sheet in oven
Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes
