    255g plain flour
    100g sugar
    60g butter
    250ml milk
    50g blackberries
    2tsp baking powder

Directions

cream sugar and butter together
add the rest of dry ingrediants and process or mix together.
spoon into muffin cases
bake in a pre heated oven at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
