Ingredients

    1.5 lb lean ground beef
    1 lrg can tomato sauce
    1 pkg williams chilli seasoning
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 can drained sweet corn
    1 egg
    1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers

Directions

Bake at 375 about an hour

combine beef, 1/4 of the can of tomato sauce, chili seasoning, onion, corn, egg and crackers. Mix well. Shape into two loaves in a 9 x 13 pan leaving plenty of room around the edges. pour in 1/2 cup of water and top loaves with remaining tomato sauce. Bake about an hour. Lift loaves from pan to remove part of the grease (This way the grease drains from the meat and you don't end up eating a bunch of unneeded fat.) and slice and serve.
