Ingredients

    8 oz. Frozen Cooked Shrimp
    1/2 bag frozen Broccoli
    1/2 bag frozen Caulifower
    5 baby carrots, sliced
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 onion, chopped
    garlic powder
    salt
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
    1 - 1 1/2 c. water
    3 tsp. corn starch
    1 Tbsp Lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
    I pkg Asian Sides, Lipton Teriyaki Rice
    1 3/4 c. water


Directions

Make rice as instructed. Place all vegetable oil, vegetables and onion in skillet. Stir fry vegetables until soft (about 5 minutes). Add water, lemon juice, maple, spices and corn starch. Add shrimp. cook an additional 5 minutes or ntil shrimp are pink and sauce thickened. Add teriyaki sauce. Serve stir fry over the Teriyaki rice.
