Ingredients

    8 oz imitation lobster
    1/2 C chopped cucumber
    1/4 C chopped onion (red would be great with this)
    2 TBSP mayo (you could use light, I dont like the way it tastes)
    4 Cups chopped lettuce (or however much you like)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

chop first three ingredients and toss with mayo and serve over lettuce...salt and pepper to taste
