Ingredients

1 Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust for 9" pie
8 Apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 TB Splenda no calorie sweetener
1 TB Cinnamon
3 pats of butter, each cut in half
Directions
Pre-heat obven to 350 degrees.
Mix the flour, splenda, and cinnamon together in a bowl and set aside.
Peel, core and thinly slice the apples into a large bowl. Mix in the flour, sugar, cinnamon mixture.
Place the unrolled crust in a 9" pie plate.
Spread the apple mixture in the pie plate. Dot with the six slices of butter. Crimp the edges of the pie Crust. Cover the rim of crust with foil to keep from burning.
Bake 45 minutes or until apples are soft. Cool and serve or serve warm with a dollop of cool whip.
