Introduction

This is a pre-diet recipe that I wanted to input to see what kinda calories came out. I wish I never found out the awful truth about the recipe but there's no denying they are fantastic. Who knows maybe someone will want to treat themselves and prepare this as a reward. This is a pre-diet recipe that I wanted to input to see what kinda calories came out. Ingredients

    The Rub
    ¼ cup sea salt
    ¼ cup dark brown sugar
    2 tablespoon fresh black pepper
    ¼ teaspoon spanish paprika
    1 teaspoon savory (or oregano)
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon dry yellow mustard

    The Meat
7 lbs or 2 racks of baby back ribs

    The Sauce
1 cup of Diana Sauce - Gourmet Western Smokehouse

Directions

1.Mix all the rub ingredients together and stir frantically
2.Rub into the meat, as the name implies, don't sprinkle it
3.I like to let the meat rest in the fridge for a couple hours
4.throw it on the BBQ that's running at 350 no big flames, flip it over ever 20 mins until its finishing up. The last 20 mins per side spread the BBQ sauce on the ribs. Be sure to get in between each rib.
