Ingredients

    4 small red potatoes sliced
    1 onion sliced
    asparagus, about a cup
    1/4 c parmesan cheese
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbls extra virgin olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

slice veggies
drizzle with olive oil
coat with parmesan and garlic powder salt and pepper
I use non stick foil to make a packet
place ingredients in packet
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until potatoes are tender
Makes 4 servings

    Incredible!
    Excellent! My whole family loved it and asked for seconds. Rather than garlic powder saltI used 3 cloves fresh garlic (pressed). Salt and pepper to season. Baked for 20 mins at 400. - 4/21/09
