Introduction
This is an easy dish to make. Great as a leftover! Cut calories by using fat free refried beans and low fat cheeses. Add other ingredients such as jalepeno peppers or black olives to change it up! Ingredients

1 lb lean hamburger
5 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup shredded Colby Cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
5 tbsp Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup refried beans
6 flour tortillas
Directions
Makes 6 servings of about 1 cup each.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a round casserole dish with Pam.
Brown the hamburger, then mix in Lawry's Taco Seasoning Mix as described on the packet.
Take the refried beans and microwave until it's warm--about 1 minute. Stir and observe how it is easy to spread now.
Take a tortillas and spread refried beans on it with a knife.
Spoon 2 tbsp of beef onto the refried bean layer.
Add a spoonful of Chunky Salsa
Sprinkle with chopped onion
Sprinkle with cheeses
Lay the tortilla into the baking dish.
Repeat to desired amount--I usually have room for 6 layers.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of last layer.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbling. Serve immediately.
