Ingredients

    3 c flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c navy beans (pureed)
    1 1/2 c brown sugar
    2 egg whites
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 c chocolate chips
    1/2 c chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. peanut butter chips
    1/2 c. m&m candy
    1/2 c white chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, salt, baking soda and set aside. Puree beans in food processor with about half of the liquid. Beat beans and sugar until creamy. Add egg whites and vanilla. Slowly add flour mixture. Mix in chocolate and peanut butter chips. Press dough into mediun jelly roll pan (about 11x16). Gently press walnuts and m&ms on top. bake for 20 minutes.
