    Cottage cheese(low fat)
    jello mix(strawberry or raspberry)
    1 can fruit cocktail( packed in water drained)
    small tub cool whip lite

Directions

Mix cottage cheese and jello until smooth. Fold in fruit cocktail and then cool whip. Cool in fridge 1 hour.
