Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 salmon filet
    3 slices lemon
    3 slices orange
    3 slices lime
    1 tbls honey
    salt and pepper to taste
    dried or fresh herb of choice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Slice lemons, limes, and oranges. Place salmon filet on a piece of foil. Top the salmon with the honey, salt and pepper. If using dried herbs sprinkle on top of salmon. Then place the citrus slices on top of salmon. Fold the foil over the fish and citrus. Bake for 20 mintes. Serve!

    My recipe is just about like this. This is fresh and easy to make! Love the way the citrus combines with the salmon! I
    make it for two, and my recipe leaves out the honey, but I liked it. Thanks for posting it.
