    3/4c. white sugar
    beat together on high
    add
    2 eggs
    1tsp. vanilla
    beat together on high

    1tsp. xanthum gum
    1tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    mix together
    add chips of nuts if desired
    bake 8-12 min.
