Ingredients

    1 clove garlic minced
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 oz parmesan cheese (grated)
    5 Tbsp Annie Chung Gochujang Sauce
    1 lb 92% lean ground beef

Directions

Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix by hand. Be sure not to over mix, it makes the burgers tough. Then form into 4 patties and grill or pan fry.
