4 pouches Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon
1 egg
1-1/2 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1 pkg Saltine Crackers (4 oz), crushed
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Directions
Makes 4 large portions.
Combine salmon, egg, 3/4 of the cracker crumbs, pepper and salt and put in greased 8x8 pan. Pour warm milk over to cover bottom of pan. Cover top with remaining cracker crumbs and then place pats of butter over. Bake at 350 until golden brown on top for approx. 35 min.
