Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Oats
    1/4 Cup canned pumpkin
    1 Cup Nonfat Milk
    1/2 tsp Sugar
    1/4 tsp Cinnamon
    1/8 tsp Nutmeg
    1/8 tsp Ginger
    (or use 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice in place of cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger)

    If you don't like Spenda, regular sugar adds 24 calories and 8 carbs to the total. You can just add the recipe to the nutrition tracker and then add the sugar as a separate item to the tracker to end up with the correct info.
