1/4 Cup canned pumpkin
1 Cup Nonfat Milk
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Ginger
(or use 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice in place of cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger)
