Ingredients

    1 12oz box of Bow tie Pasta
    8 Tbsp Olive oil
    10 small cloves garlic, minced
    6 cups fresh broccoli, cut into small pieces
    3 pounds of boneless chicken breasts-cut into pieces
    fresh parsley
    1 cup chicken broth

Directions

Boil pasta and drain and put back into pot. In large frying pan, heat 4 Tbsp.oil and saute garlic for about a minute. Add broccoli pieces and saute for a few minutes. Remove to a bowl. Add additional 4 Tbsp oil to pan and saute chicken pieces until chicken is cooked thoroughly and slightly browned. Season with salt and pepper while cooking. Put broccoli and garlic back into pan with chicken and add a little of the broth to de-glaze the pan. Let steam for a few minutes covered. Then add chicken and broccoli to pasta in pot and add rest of chicken broth. Heat thoroughly and serve.
