Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)
Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
*Flour, white, .0625 cup (remove)
Fat free half and half, 2 tbsp (remove)
White Wine, 3 fl oz (remove)
Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
Pasta, cooked, 8 oz (remove)
Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)
Directions
Saute garlic in 2 tbsp of olive oil. Add veggies to pan and saute until tender. Add precooked grilled chicken breasts to veggies. Season lightly with salt, pepper and basil.
Remove from stove and place in bowl. Pour 2 tbsp oil into the pan, heat and mix in 2 tbsp flour to make a roux. Add chicken broth and white wine. Heat until thick and bubbly. Add half and half. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss with vegetable mix and cooked paste. Top with Parmesan cheese.
