This recipe may have potential to be spiced up, but as is it has virtually no flavor, and i used the Greek Seasoning quite liberally. Not sure if i did something wrong, but we didnt like this at all. Also, 45-60 minutes is not enough. after an hour and a half, meat and veggies still werent done. - 4/7/11
