Ingredients

    see above - can substitute oil for applesauce, butter for magarine and buttermilk for yogurt but the recipe is healthier this way :)

Directions

add all liquid ingredients together in one bowl and beat until smooth. add all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and sift together. Add bowl 2 to bowl 1 and mix with spoon until mixed thoroughly. put in muffin pan and bake at 300 to 350 degrees, depending on your oven. bake for about 20-25 minutes until slightly (very slightly!) brown on top. enjoy!
