    2 cups chopped apples (2 apples)
    1 banana
    1 cup chopped Swiss Chard
    1 cup chopped kale
    2/3 cup water
    1 tablespoon ground flax seeds, optional


Directions

    There is 400 calories, but this is meant to be an entire meal. It makes a great breakfast, drunk throughout the morning. You can also cut the recipe in half if you're going to have the smoothie with something else.
