    4 Rice Paper Spring Roll Wrappers
    1/2 cup carrots cut into strips
    1/2 cup cucumber cut into strips
    1/4 cup bean sprouts
    1/4 avocado cut into thin slices

Directions

assemble ingredients into each rice wrapper. Wrap and dip in honey lime sauce or any thai sauce.
