Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 1000 grams (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves, finely chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, slices
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Canned Diced Tomatoes, 2 cups
    Lentils, 2 cups raw
    Parsley, 1 cup chopped
    Beef stock 8 cups (or water)
    2 bay leaves
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook beef in a pan with onions and garlic. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Cook on high heat for 5-6 hours, depending on cooker. Makes 10 servings.
Note: You may also wish to cut all ingredients in half. Reduce cooking time by 1-2 hours.
